Rasmussen College is currently seeking a Recruiting Intern for a part time position at our office in Maitland, FL. This is a paid internship opportunity available on a quarterly basis. Description of Job Duties: • Assists the recruiter in managing the full cycle recruitment process • Review resumes as directed by recruiter • Conduct initial prescreening calls for prospective candidates • Schedules interviews as directed by recruiter • Ensures that all candidates have a highly positive experience during the recruitment and selection process • Enters new requisitions into database management system and routes for approval. • Process requests for skill assessments as directed by hiring managers • Assist in various filing functions. • Create new hire packets and prepare for mailing • Supports special staffing projects and initiatives • Performs other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
