Description

Job duties The major duties will be performed at the Front Office Department. The Trainee will work as a normal hotel staff in the hotel, on shift duty: The Trainee has to answer guests’ enquiries, handle guests’ complaints, develop good relations with guests, help to maintain hotel image, and assist in the front office daily operation.
